[She shrugs a little, wheels spinning as she considers her words, all the while focusing in on Shockwave. If he does try something, she needs to be ready to move.]

Like, I had way too much to focus on then, but... I saw your blood seal. On you and your clone. It's the same as Longarm's. There's also a lot of similarities between you and him to be, like, coincidental.

[Shockwave had stopped what he was doing to give Moonracer his full attention, noting her unease. He had been wondering when someone outside the security office would put two-and-two together. It stood to reason it would be Moonracer, who had had the most experience with him outside the ship, and specifically his magic.]

[He personally suspected there weren't many, given her impulsive actions during their last mission together.]

[Her beaming, pleased smile is all clueless, vain airhead. The very image of an excitable, impulsive Velocitronian who probably took forever to learn how to snipe. It lasts for a moment then it's gone, replaced by a sharp glint in her optics.

Outside the blood magic? You started to show up more after Longarm vanished from Security. Your's and Longarm's chassis and treads are similar, even despite the differences in configuration and size. But I think if I laid them out, they'd be much the same. Your eye almost perfectly matches his head jewel, so there's that too.

Longarm... Everyone knows Intelligence mechs are a bit weird. Yet they are Autobots, and Longarm... He. No... You... didn't act like one on that away mission we shared. An Autobot wouldn't mind control someone.

Then there's the hate towards Baki, who I know you, Shockwave have never met. Like, Longarm complaining about him I could see. Shockwave... No.

[She beams brightly, still focused on him. If he moves, she moves.] There's more I can tell, too. I didn't become a sniper on looks. That's, like, really stupid.

[Shockwave listened attentively as she explained her rationale. She probably expected him to lash out at her for uncovering his secret, but truth be told he was surprised Magnus and Starscream hadn't done that themselves already. Though he hadn't expected the air-headed racer to be able to piece it together.]

However I do take issue with the assertion that an Autobot would never mind control someone. I've met plenty you would leap at the chance.

No. I meant it precisely like that. The Autobots as an institution have hardly been the paragons of virtue seem to ascribe, but I should expect as much from an Autobot.

[He was in no way saying the Decepticons were good in comparison, but it must be convenient for her to pick and choose what actions she was willing to turn a blind eye to.

As she continued he folded his arms, a note of incredulity in his voice when he replied. He didn't miss that slide into the floor, and his gaze narrowed in on where her feet met the floor. [Despite everything, he did not sound opposed this plan. He was curious himself, not to mention the fact he was still working out the limits of his own abilities, but he didn't trust her ability to keep Knock Out rationale about it.]

[Of her Amica, but she's not telling Shockwave just how much Knock Out means to her.]

[He could keep arguing the point, but he wasn't really in the mood for a cyclical discussion on Autobot morality.]

That depends entirely on the point of study, so your premise is flawed in that particular regard, but I've no interest in eliciting further ill will with Knock Out. Without good reason, anyway.

[From his tone it was clear he did not consider her proposal good enough reason, at this point. He may not know the specifics of their relationship, but given Knock Out's reaction when she'd been petrified, which she had missed, he could make a fairly astute guess on how protective they were of one another.]

I will only consider this if I hear the assurance from the medic himself, but I'll consider it. You don't exactly have many alternatives, do you.
